Bernie used to come into Florida Freedivers periodically.

He was part of the "crazy bunch from Bermuda", as Cherryl aptly called them.

I believe he was one of the first to shoot pelagics with pole spears in Bermuda.

Always full of humor and stories.

Very charasmatic and it is sad to hear of his accident.
