Need help with a custom gun
Alright i just got my wood and cut it to roughly what the gun is gonna look like and i want to make sure everything is perfect for this so what do i use to epoxy it together? epoxy right? but west systems? if so what one. man i hope clamps arnt to much...

West systems epoxy. Get the 105 resin and the 206 hardener. Go here and read up on it.
http://www.westsystem.com/ If you have a Harbor Freight close buy they have C-Clamps for a good deal. Also use Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil on your workbench and clamps. It peels right off the dryed epoxy. Last edited by Prater; 12-29-2007 at 01:02 AM. |

Instead of 206, 205 hardener may be a good alternate route.

If you want to protect the gun afterwards you can use 207 also.
