speed cooking

I did a spearboard search for two minute recipes and couldn't find anything. Then I tried you tube and found these.

Wow the second part of the asian one .... Crazy.

Take fish live.... partially Scale and score live fish... Slice neck of fish... Take finger and rip out guts.. Hold the fishes live head in a towel and dip its body into the hot oil for 20 seconds...

Body is fried, while opercula are still moving.

Ya that first one was kinda messed up........

But the second one I almost died!!!!!!!! I literally fell on the floor laughing!!!!!!!!!

I had this once in Vietnam a few years back. It's pretty good eats. I can't lie.

Same with how I like my bonito sashimi. Just off the hook and still kicking.
