Re: Before FII...After FII

Hi Guys,

FII is a standardized education system, whether taking one of our courses from Martin or any of the other outstanding instructors the student will receive exactly the same information and course structure. To become an FII instructor the participant is put through rigorous training and it's awesome to see this result in the feedback seen both here, and what we receive personally. Currently in South Florida we have three other active instructors operating independently of the main FII Facility in Pompano Beach : Chris Gonzalez (Top Gun Spearfishing, Miami), Brian Lee (Florida Freedivers, West Palm Beach) and Brett Scaglione (Barry University, Miami).

Most popular courses:
Basic Freediving Safety, 1 day - Approx $80 - $100
Level 1 Freediver, 1.5 days - Approx $235
Level 2 Freediver, 4 days - Approx $595
Prices vary from each instructor and there may be additional boat fees depending on the location.

Whomever it is you take your course with, I am sure your wife and family will be happy you are now trained in the safety & problem management skills of this great sport.

Safe diving,
Niki - FII Staff

Here is quote I found for you:

"Training and experience are mutually exclusive. Training does not replace experience and experience does not replace training. Be sure you have both before you dive"
