Re: Show me your Wong!
The 60gr + is a perfectly capable gun. Thats what i had. Daryl uses it to target wahoo and other fish that size. Mine was a mid handle and im used to rears....be sure to shoot and try them plenty before making the investment.

Re: Show me your Wong!
Ive had my 55" GR for two years, good for Cbass etc. They are good guns no doubt and Daryl is the nicest person you will ever meet. Im switching the arsenal to Railguns.

Re: Show me your Wong!
Hey Bros quick question for you all. What other handles will fit on a Wong? I just got a 55 GR rear plus. I love everything about the gun except for the handle. Do I have any other options? Thanks in advance!

Re: Show me your Wong!
Ulusub handle should work and I think it's the most comfortable handles I have ever used. I currently have an AR 15 handle on my current gun but liked the Ulusub better.

Selling my 50in GR Hybrid Wong
Hey guys,
I'm looking to sell my Wong that I just recently bought and thought this would be a good spot to post it. Im only selling it because I just cant get used to shooting a mid handle. It is a 50in GR hybrid with a granite camo paint job done by Daryl himself. Daryl just refinished the entire gun and tested it to make sure it was still in perfect condition. Bands are all good, I think I have some extras I can throw in too. It comes with a full mako reel, and two shafts (one threaded, one flopper). Overall put into the gun: $1140 The Gun $800 Camo and fresh epoxy coat $100 Both shafts at $60 each Reel $100 Bands $20 Im hoping to part ways with it for $800 Hopefully someone here who likes Wongs can add another great gun to their collection! |
