My buddy owned that boat for a few years. You can see it on the Radon website photos, it's the blue one with the big Hawaiian fish hook on the cabin window but this was before it was red or black. Tough boat.

That Airwolf Radon (the black one) is one badass boat. Tons of range too with the Cummins diesel and huge fuel tank. that boat can handle some serious shit and the owner has kept her in great shape.

Re: California Dive Boats -- the legend of Radon (pictures)
Over the years there have been a ton of different boats built with many different configurations designed with the Santa Barbara Channel in mind. I thought it would be interesting to see everyone's different opinions about the best riding and safest boat under 30'. I've always heard that the 26x8 triple chine radon rides pretty well but is not the most stable platform. I have also heard that the 27 LRB Radons ride super well too. My opinion is partially biased because I've only ridden on a couple of Radons. Radon, Anderson, and Wilson have all built 26 foot boats but no one has ever talked about them head to head…
On a separate note, has anyone heard anything from Highliner boats? |

Re: California Dive Boats -- the legend of Radon (pictures)
Was down in SB with a buddy dropping off his Wilson 26 rear cabin at Anderson's for some work, and while in the yard, walked over and checked out the progress on the VERY orange custom Greenough 17 walkaround. Thought I'd post some photos up-
