socal has only shops i know of. None in Oregon/Wash.

speardeals.com is the online version of the best/largest shop in San Diego exclusively has spearo gear only.

I will add here, I went through to two pairs of 50$ socks that for multiple reasons were a problem, now completely sold on Mako 5mil for 20 something.
Good luck!

I have checked out almost every shop in that area and they all weren't so good. The shop in Grants pass had quite a bit when it came to guns and ab equipment. They had most of what you may need but certainly not everything.

thanks liveclean, i guess i am fortunate that coral sea scuba in grants pass is my local dive shop. the crew there is definitely open to hunting they even have a dive boat they run trips out of brookings that are hunting oriented.

I always prefer to shop in person and was hoping there were some better options

Eugene Skin Diver supply is a fantastic shop, and they are pro-hunting, but they are primarily scuba and do not have much by way of free diving gear like long fins and open cell suits. They will order pretty much anything for you and if you do not like it you do not have to buy it. They stock JBL spearguns. The owner of the shop and his people are first-class folks.

I second this. They are good people. If you are further north (in Salem), I would recommend Hydrosports. They are scuba too, but definitely are pro hunting. Mark is outstanding and will help you out however he can.

Re: oregon or norcal dive shops?

thanks little goat, I will add them to my list. I am about as far south as you can get in Oregon. but anything within a days drive is diveable so good to know where to go when out and about

Re: oregon or norcal dive shops?

I bought my first Picasso wetsuit at Bodega Bay Pro Dive.

Unfortunately they are not in business anymore

Also maybe try Subsurface Progression or Bucks in Eureka.

Re: oregon or norcal dive shops?

I just got a new wetsuit top, belt and light from here: http://www.imersion.us
Shipping is expensive but costs make up for it. Took only one week for the gear to arrive.
