Just getting you back .

SO...you've actually tasted fish brains by themselves?? I've eaten mullet roe, among other fish's, and gizzards (love them), but haven't targeted fish brains. I've eaten head cheese though (cow brains).

Meh, I know for a fact that I consumed fish brains somewhere in that mess, and it tasted like the rest of the stew. Deliciously.

But no I'm not adventurous enough to target the brains.

Great report! Good work guys, and thanks for the recipe. Iíll have some work to do convincing my wife to allow that in our house. We did Lobster bisque last year and Iím still receiving vitriol for the smell it made in our house. But it definitely sounds like itís worth the effort!

I beg to differ. We had no objectionable smell, but I did run the vented-to-the-outside hood the whole time
