Sea Lice in the Gulf
https://people.com/health/florida-se...break-beaches/
I'm surprised our intrepid Admin had not posted a news article yet! ![]() Would you be wearing a wetsuit around that location when spearing? How big of a problem are they when wearing a wetsuit? Also, how does the spell check on a spearfishing forum not recognize the word "wetsuit" yet?

Re: Sea Lice in the Gulf
"To avoid the sea lice, it’s actually best to wear less clothes than more, as the larvae get caught in one-piece bathing suits or t-shirts. The Department of Health recommends that women wear two-piece bathing suits"
Well I'm going to take a stand here in the name of safety and recommend women cut their risk in half and ditch the top.
