Spearfishing trip Costa Rica

Hello fellow Spear Fishermen

I am putting a spearfishing trip to Costa Rica. This is the trip profile and shared cost.
Blue water Spearfishing Trip Costa Rica
Puerto Jimenez, Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica
Fish Target: Yellow fin Tuna, Wahoo, Mahi, Culebra,
Grouper, Amber Jack, Snook
Date: July 30 to August 6, 2021
Charter Cost for 4 divers $1,375.00
Lodging Double Occupancy $385.00
Shared Rental Vehicle for Week $185.00

Subtotal for Trip $1,945

Additional Cost Air Fare From US destination to San Jose, Costa Rica
Additional Cost Meals
Lodging in San Jose night before departure back to US.
Corvid-19 Test before return to US if that requirement is still in effect in August. I have arranged for a test to be done at a clinic in Puerto Jimenez.

Friday, July 30 – If Travel to Puerto Jimenez has been completed then spend day at lodging resting, preparing and inspecting spearfishing equipment and exploring. This also insures that anyone that misses a flight or is delayed has the time to get to their lodging choice before we start spearfishing on Saturday July 24. Travel From San Jose to Puerto Jimenez, Costa Rica by Sansa Airlines or rental car to chosen Lodging.

Saturday, July 31: Spearfishing day with Captain Oscar Villalobos. Depart dock 7:00 AM on a 27’ foot boat called the Maestro. Will be looking for birds, debris in water and dolphins to locate schools of Yellow fin Tuna, Wahoo and Mahi. Return to dock at 5:00 PM.

Sunday August 01: Spearfishing during Day with Captain Oscar Villalobos. Depart dock 7:00 AM on a 27’ foot boat called the Maestro. Will be looking for birds, debris in water and dolphins to locate schools of Yellow fin Tuna, Wahoo and Mahi. Return to dock at 5:00 PM. Go to lodging, inspect equipment and make repairs. Have dinner. Take nap.

Sunday August 1: 11:00 PM Meet Captain Oscar and Board 45’ Hatteras Travel at night to fishing grounds at seamounts and FAD’s.
Monday August 2: - Wake-up, have breakfast and then start spearfishing. At approx. 6 pm head back to the harbor traveling at night. Arrive at the harbor the following morning hours. Package Includes: 3 meals per day Fruits Fresh sashimi Fresh ceviche Bottled water, 24 Coke/Diet Coke, 24 beers.

Tuesday August 3: If still required, Covid-19 test at Clinic. Spend day at lodging resting and exploring.

Wednesday August 4: Spear-fishing with Captain Oscar Villalobos. Depart dock early morning on a 27’ foot boat called the Maestro. We can: Option 1. Look for birds, debris in water and dolphins to locate schools of Yellow fin Tuna, Wahoo and Mahi. Option 2: Go to areas known by Captain Oscar to target snapper, amberjack, snook, and grouper. Return to dock at 5:00 PM. Go to lodging and meet for dinner to celebrate the epic trip.

Thursday August 5: If US still requires Covid-19 test and we could not get test done in time in Puerto Jimenez in time for flight back to US then checkout of lodging. Return by rental vehicle to San Jose International Airport area. Arrange for Covid-19 test Board and check into hotel near airport for night.

Friday July 30: Check out from San Jose Lodging and go to San Jose Airport for flight back to USA home Destination.

I have 2 Spear fishermen scheduled for trip so looking for 2 for this week
If additional people are interested in the plan then I could add another week
August 6 to August 13, 2021.
