Big Bluefin with Limits Taken 11/5/18

...Looks like the new moon and decent weather is creating a good run of bluefin on the outer banks for many of the sport charter boats....Currently, Cortez Bank and slightly s/e is where the big ones (to 364 lbs.) are concentrated, although Tanner probably is holding also, as the temp there is about 67 degrees....El Nino (warm water) weather thru the winter months is at 80 percent certainty and at 55 percent chance thru Spring....
....Lots of yellowtail all around San Clemente island and Pyramid Cove is open to anchoring this weekend...Me, I would be working the inside near White Rock and the Seiner reef where there is a good chance of squid showing...Channel island guys should be hitting N/W side of Santa Barbara island and Osborn Bank about now, with reports of big yellows and perhaps, a wayward bluefin..
...The run should last thru November, and, perhaps, December; but, now is one of the best times to go.....Santa Anas blowing seaward is creating a 2 to 3' wave prediction for out on the banks this coming Saturday/Sunday; great conditions for an offshore run!

One of the only reasons I continue to revisit the board. Thanks a bunch for the report!
