Check out the Mako fins 89$ for their 10% fiberglass (really nice fins) and the pockets work with their 100% fiberglass blades (150$)

I second this, anything MAKO is reliable. Their fiberglass fins are $240 overall and the pockets on them are great! If you need too know anything about them give them a call, the guys over there are really nice to deal with.

For some CF fins Nautilus Spearfishing makes some good ones for the price. I think around $200.
