Rob Allen composite reel dimensions

Can anyone give me a spool diameter and mounted height of Rob Allen composite reel. The one below. The only specs I could find online were line capacity.

http://www.scubasworld.com/proddetail.php?prod=composit

Do they or someone else make a stainless equivalent in size?

Thanks

Do you want one to play with or just the dimensions? If you need one... you know I have at least 1 extra lying around.

Re: Rob Allen composite reel dimensions

Spool width = 3.5"

Height to top of winding knob = 3"

But that is not using the mount that lets you remove it. The part that slides into that mount was ground down and had holes drilled through it for screws. I guess the height would be greater with the standard mouunt.

Re: Rob Allen composite reel dimensions

Thanks Bill,
Do you happen to know if the stainless Rob Allen is the same dimension?

This one.

The spool width is the same, 3.5'

The mounted height is greater, 3.5"

The nob length is the same, so the difference in height is because the spool is deeper from top to bottom. I knew it held quite a bit more line, so that explains why. And of course the spool arbor diameters may be different, but its been a long time since I've seen them, and I'm not willing to strip all the line off.
