Salvation Army gives most of the donation monies to the needy not the greedy.I donate blood to Red Cross but they will never get a dime from me.

For areas prone to flooding, this seems plausible...

$300 for large size zip locked baggie for your auto or SUV.

Would require a cooled exhaust system IMO, and no sharp areas. I don't know if trailer hitch would be an issue.
