california regulations

Just moved back to California very lost with where and what I can hunt. A lot has changed since 2010 lucky for me people at the spots I've been hitting give me some guidance but even they seem to be uncertain of the exacts. Any help would be great. I tried reading online but its very hard to understand the boundaries. Oh yeah almost forgot first post on here for me been lurking for awhile love the sigh. Anyone around Oceanside LA San Diego wants to get together and do some diving I try to get out every weekend if not more. Free dive scuba surface supplied I do it all.

the maps are a lil hard to make out but if you cross reference with google earth you can get a clear idea of where they begin and end
