Re: Falcon Heavy LIVE!!!

The 2 boosters landing at the same time was pretty cool. All the E. Musk sycophants cheering was a bit much though.

Re: Falcon Heavy LIVE!!!

I saw engineers who have worked for years to make this happen cheering, I don't know what you saw.

Here is what happens when things go wrong...

Funny video. I DO understand the accomplishment of such, the E Musk idol worship is a bit much for me though.

It was incredible to watch. I enjoyed the cheers. It brought back that good feeling when we used to launch humans into space from Florida.

But, the launch wasn't anything overly spectacular to me... landing those two rockets back on Earth was freaking amazing. I wasn't sure if I was watching Star Wars or the news. An awesome feat and glad to see old glory back on the side of space ships rather than zee Russians.

The fact they put a Tesla Roadster into space is awesome and I assume the next step is Americans going for a ride again.

First car in orbit. Pretty cool, and incredible marketing coup for Tesla.

It may have been a little buggy, but NASA put an electric car in space, that you could drive, 50yrs ago.

Yeah I was aware of that, but I guess I didn't see it as being in orbit, but on land.

Nice photo. Thanks.

"A little buggy".........

Your English is 100% ambiguous, sir.

I can't figure out if it was unreliable or if it was a small carriage. Was it a buggy buggy or only a buggy?

I'm glad to see my attempt at humor wasn't lost. NS's reply made me nervous.
