Some fun off of Hilton Head

Well the only Cobia we could hook were on the bottom, and it was just Spades, Amberjacks, and sharks within 60' of the surface. We still had fun but no trophy fish.

Re: Some fun off of Hilton Head

I am moving to Bluffton, SC in about 30 days from Monterey, CA. Where is the best spot to meet local spearfishermen/women in SC?

Hey man are you escaping the Commies out there? Lol you will want to get on the facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1669783189976450/
Or Just search for the Bluffton dive Club and you should be able to find it. The locals are a nice bunch but wont take you on the water untill they get to know you and your skill level. Freediving around here is rare and damn dangerous with strong currents and crap vis. We mostly do scuba around 50-120’ hit me up when you get situated i’ll buy ya a beer
