Ankle Weights

Just switched over today (brrr its cold outside) to my 5mm. I freedive/spearfish frequently in shallow water (10'-30') so I'm pretty buoyant, even heavily weighted.
And my feet/ankles are killing me. They keep floating upward while I'm laying on the bottom.
Any recommendations on decent ankle weights.
I can't wait for summer!
