I think the question that Wet Spot is trying to get an answer for is "Are Louisiana divers going to be allowed to fully participate or are Louisiana waters off limits?

Alabam Open rules were anything south of the west end of Horn Island were open which means anything east of the river, so if its the same west of the river is off limits but theres alot of good stuff out of Louisiana on that side so....
