Spearfishing this weekend
The weather is going to be very windy this weekend, and I really need to go for a dive. Any suggestions on which areas might still be in good shape? I am not asking for specific spots, just general areas that might be protected, where I could dive.
Thank you |

I have been in Beavertail (near the lighthouse) before, but never inside the Cove. You usually take the kayaks and start from the beach on the north side? Any idea how the visibility might be in there?

hehehehe You're kidding right? There is a Mass Free Divers Meet, you should come and meet this cast of characters. It's a good group of people who love to spearfish, and bust each others chops!

I am not kidding, sorry I had no idea. It sounds great! Can you please send me more details? I checked the website www.massfreedivers.com, but the calendar does not have anything for this weekend.

Re: Spearfishing this weekend
nice job bro
fix your issues before you try it again, 7m is .7atm, not something to joke with. problems don't go away on their own, knock on wood, most of the times they just get worse. wish i could point you into the right direction to solve this but i can't; the only thing i can do is "bug" you by pointing out the risks. i know it feels like being "hunted" but sometimes i wish somebody did it to me when it was the case. p.s. you seem to be WAY BETTER than me at filleting, maybe i can take some lessons one day (if you are willing to teach).
