Out of JP 10-29-19
Went SW out to 74', 86' and 91'. Hazy horz. vis. on the bottom with about 20' of vis.. Water temp. was 78F.. Lots of under sized fish seen. In the box was 3 really nice mangoes and 2 hog fish on the way home. Thought, we'd see better size fish and vis as we went deeper. Water still clearing up. Tops of the reefs had sand dusting. Just like up north when you have just enough snow to cover the ground. Speaking of snow, It snowed at our deer camp near Powers Michigan in the U.P. yesterday. Flying up there 11-13-19 with Habo a newbie deer camp hunter.

Re: Out of JP 10-29-19
Thanks for the report. We've certainly seen a lot more big mangoes at all depths in the last year. Nice hogs around here? Not as much. Happy to find 16 inch males it seems. I think we've definitely seen a decrease in the hog fishery. Gags seem pretty healthy, though, and hopefully weather will allow a few shallow water trips with cooler water before year end.
