That Stilleto BC rocks! Big thanks to Zeagle for stepping up at the prize table. And to answer all of the inquiries, yes I am now getting rid of my Ranger and moving on up.
In that 3rd pick, that is Pat (Fizition) in the water waiting on Mr. Photographer, Inletsurf, to get done and pick his ass up. |

Yes, that last pick is "queer eye for the hispano/asian spearfisherman". Hector will now be very stylin in his ultra chick Omer fins. I give him one trip before he breaks the blades.

Re: All Hail Spearchucker, the 2005 State Champion Spearfisherman!!!
The ride out was fine, following sea. The ride back, mainly because we knew we had to push it hard to make it, was big time hard on the vertebra. We ran into a quartering 3' sea at about 28-30 knots coming back. If we did not have to make the weigh in, I would have slowed up to 23-24 and the ride would have been fine. We made the weigh in with five minutes to spare.

Re: All Hail Spearchucker, the 2005 State Champion Spearfisherman!!!
I busted my knee pretty bad on the ride back, an unprepared 4ft wave slam at 25 mph sent all my weight on top of it throwing it into the console edge. Its swollen and starting to get blue. I think I bruised the inside kneecap or something. John told me to quit whining and get a tampon for my mangina.
Anyway the ride back sucked in a royal kind of way. |
