I'm in Baja, it's February, it's cold in the water. I tried using a 5 mm, it simply doesn't cut it anymore. I have to live with my 7 mm if I want to have breatholds that surpass 60 seconds.
Green water comes from who knows where, and it drags sediments. Fortunately, there are fish around. If you have the patience you will shoot cuberas. I didn't get a shot but a nice grouper came out of the muck at one point. And there are these guys, always around : You can see how eery (for Baja) the conditions are. Fortunately, I can go warm up in the thermal baths in Sargento afterwards lol ![]()
