Grilled Tautog Recipe

I would like to share a Tautog recipe with you all that I recently came up with. I tried a bunch of other recipes on here and kind of pulled buys and pieces out of everyone else's.

Alright so to start place your tautog fillets in a plastic ziploc bag. Add a Tablespoon of salt and 4 or 5 dashes of crushed red pepper. Next add 1/2 cup of lemon juice and 1/2 cup of either canola oil or olive oil depending on what you have. Finally add 1/4 cup of chopped up basil and zip up the bag. Shake and tip the bag until all the fillets are coated in the Mixture. Let fish marinade in the mixture while you do the next step

First, cut a strip of aluminum foil big enough for all of your fish fillets and for about a 2in border around all of them. Coat the foil in butter. Take your fish fillets out of the plastic bag and place them on the foil, again, leaving enough room for a 2im border around all of the fillets. Now, slice of goldfish size pieces of butter and place them on top of each fillet and in between each fillet, 2 or 3 is good for on top of the fillets and 1 or 2 for in between them. Next cut another piece of Foil, roughly the same size of the first and place on top. Roll the edges of the two prices of foil together making sure not to roll over the fillets, making kind of a enclosed aluminum foil container. Turn your Grille onto High and place your foil container on your grille. Cook 5-7 minutes each side, unwrap your fish and enjoy.
