Rubber crumb

RUBBER CRUMB /rubber granules


I have seen few gun builder using it ,it look much better than mixing salt or sugar to epoxy ,it give the handle soft grip with rough surface ,any idea how to get it and what 's the best binder of course for cheap price .

How about a fine cheese grater or aggressive grit belt sander on a block of rubber or old shoe? You are likely looking for an EPDM or urethane rubber vs. a silicone based. Automotive rubber tubing would work, such as fuel injected fuel line.

End up with sugar/epoxy not happy cause factory of crumb refuse to sell sample to me its like a secret industry in my area ,but I'd try your advices soon ,thanks for reply

If it doesn't have to be rubber, then we have talked about carborundum here before. I have some on a very nice Pathos grip I made and on a few other guns. If you can't find anyone who sells it, then try to see if you have a facility nearby that does sand blasting. They would use carborundum, too (though not sure how coarse their grits are). You need less than a handful so they'll probably give it to you for free.

I check in the shop they use new garnet the black silica is ban for health issue
