Re: MAKO Spearguns: NEW GEAR!

What keeps those spear shaft cones in place? Do they make it harder to pull shafts out of fish? I'm genuinely interested in purchasing a few.. for Ocean Rhino Hybrid free/lineshafts

Thanks for the inquiry. There should be no effect with respect to removal of the fish from the spear.

As indicated above:

Available in 3 sizes:
7.0mm spears
7.5mm spears
8.0mm spears

Installation instructions:
  • Clean Spear Cones and spear to eliminate any grease
  • Apply 2 part epoxy just above flopper and inside Spear Cone
  • Install Spear Cone using a twisting motion
  • Wipe off any excess epoxy

NOTE: Make sure Spear Cone or epoxy does not interfere with the full range of motion of flopper

Re: MAKO Spearguns: NEW GEAR!

Are the cones $3.95 each, or $3.95 for six (as pictured)?
