2016 Tampa Bay Spearfishing Challenge Moved to Rain Date - April 23-24

The TBSC Weather Committee met today and based upon the current forecast, we've decided to move the tournament to the Rain Date (Captain's Meeting - April 22, Dive Day - April 23, Weigh-in/Awards - April 24). The current forecast is showing that there will be a front moving through the area early to mid-day Saturday, with the potential to increase to Small Craft Advisory conditions.

We know that this may affect some of our registered shooters, as the weekend of the Rain Date coincides with the Blue Wild. For those going to the Blue Wild (if you go on Sunday), you can attend the Captain's Meeting on Friday, shoot on Saturday and have a representative from your boat weigh in your fish and collect your awards and prizes on Sunday.

If you have any questions specific to yourself, send me a PM, otherwise post here and we'll try to answer any questions you might have.

We want to make sure that everyone has fun and is safe. Thank you for your understanding as we push back to the Rain Date.

Matt Brueckner
President TBSC
