Pelaj Kanji info?
I keep seeing the Pelaj Kanji gun being sold for so cheap and on the website they are selling for much higher...why? iv heard some people say the 8mm shafts a bit thick but in austrailia they use the gun quite a bit. Any one own one and have an opinion on the quality of the gun?

Re: Pelaj Kanji info?
Micha
Its is 3 rubber gun and needs a heavy shaft to take all of the energy. A lot of guys swap out the 8mm for 7/7.5mm shaft with 1-2 thinner rubbers. Its all very modular so its very easy to do. The guns are cheap as its the balance of 2010 stock being sold to make way for new stock and an new US distributor. PM me for more details. Thanks Shaun

Re: Pelaj Kanji info?
Pelaj is a superb speargun. They deserve much more attention from the customers. I have had mine for a 3 year period and I use it almost daily, is a tough, undestructable and dead accurate rig. Get the kanji. Best railgun around.

Re: Pelaj Kanji info?
Its very expensive for an aluminum railgun. Don't see how it could really be that much better than some of the other high quality SA style railguns that are almost $200 cheaper. I dont see the harm in picking one up if you can find a good deal on one. I just don't like the handles.

Re: Pelaj Kanji info?
Thanks folks
Seacrecher - pricing has been explained in other posts on the same question but in short Australian labour rates and also the distribution model. Having said that check out the ebay store in our signature - you can buy at around 1/2 the MSRP on last seasons stock. PM me if you want more details or to twist my arm for a deal. Haliseeker - cant comment on the new range as I dont have a date yet. Thanks Shaun
