Best way to cook AJ and Cobia
I LIKE FRIED FISH, but smoked is ok.. so.. is there a secret recipe' that'll make me want to shoot either of the above? Cause as fun as they are to shoot, if I find a way ta cook 'em they're in a world a hurt!

Cube them in to 1" pieces.
Microwave a pack fo bacon until it's about 1/2 cooked. Wrap each piece with 1/2 strip of bacon and toothpick it on. Coat with italian dressing. Grill in a basket until the bacon is cooked. |

No secrets needed for great grilled AJ. Start out with start out with strips or chunks about an inch thick, salt and peper(a good amount of salt), a dash of olive oil and a dash of "good seansons" intalian dressing, Grill it for over high eat for just 2 minutes on each side, over cook and game over, but this is amazing eating right here. I have decided that Gulf AJs are awesome, atlantic AJ's I think I will pass, yes there is that much of a difference in my opinion.
