I use the term VERY loosely! Here is the video from one of the dives on Sunday. one more to follow.

I mean it's ONE thing if ONE of us is "off" but I think we shot like 15 times with ONE fish to show for it on that dive!
to make it worse you can see that it was like shooting fish in a barrel! Good thing the bugs didn't move!!! We'd have missed them too! Quote:

Great viz. Man you weren't exaggerating in your earlier posts, you guys really are ate up with lionfish over there
 . I'd ask why didn't you kill them, but you have so many, you would spend your whole dive killing lion fish. I hope they don't show up over here like that. I've only seen a few so far off PC.

I think I left my BANDS in the Garage! I was hitting them OK but with no Power. I've been shooting them lately with a polegun but I sure couldn't get any penetration with my little rife. I figured out that must've been a commerical boat that followed up behind me as long as he sat on it. Most of the Jacks were commerical length and better and the wreck had been WIPED compared to how it looked about 3 weeks ago.

Good job on wiping out those pesky AJ's. Ya'll probably killed 5 or 6 didn't you? Looks like your dive buddies don't need any fins, just a good pair of boots for bottom walking.

5 or 6? I WISH!! worst day I'd had shooting in a long time!! the THREE of us actually brought a grand total of ONE back to the boat on that dive! Disgusting! As for heavy, yeah diving the small wrecks like that, we like to be very negative. it helps if you do find a big fish. I was too light myself and it drove me NUTS! I was divng with a new tank (new to me) a steel 120 and I didn't get my weight right between the steel tank and the 6mm Semidry suit. Personally, for me and when spearfishing I like being so heavy you have to walk, but that's just my preference and for the type of wrecks we dive.

Sucks on the days' tally, but at least you weren't on the couch like I was.
