OCTOPUS Catching,Cleaning & Cooking-Trick to Make it Tender!

Τired of smacking Octopus against rocks???

Octopus can be chewy when not prepared properly!

Well here is the BEST method to prepare a fully tender Octo without having to smack it against the rocks a dozen times!
Tender enough to cut with a spoon!

Alfonso it's a traditional recipe yes.It get's cooked in it's own steam and because you don't add water it boosts the taste!

yes it;s very easy to overcook it and even make it stick on the base of the pot!
