Incredible info!
I did not know the specifics of the BP increases... knew they went high... but didn't expect that high! I also find that with good antioxidant support, you can train / dive more and not get burnt out / run down as easily.

John, I would like to express my gratitute for sharing this informative presentation on this forum. I was not able to attend the presentation and was waiting to get the video.
Myself and at least other diver have been following your recommendation (nutritional supplementation) and appreciate the open communication for sharing your (or others) research results. Thanks again |
