The only place to get the high resolution true color satellite maps is http://www.ripcharts.com.
2 true color updates a day, plus chlorophyll, ssts, altimetry, bathymetry.

Hey where did you get the sat shot of gulf you posted. I have been trying to find a site but only got chlorophyll from rutgers.
