Hey josh I Just moved from Catalina island to just outside sutter creek ca ( Sierra foothills). I really miss diving and was hoping to get into diving striper in the American or sac river, I couldn't find any good info on it except some things u posted a couple years ago on the board. Have the regs been made more clear? Any links or advice would be greatly appreciated.
