Yep same guy, glad to hear from you. I have been working for a week or two helping a buddy.
Right now Iam trying to get a baking recipe for a big grouper flank. The fish was about 60lbs. Any suggestions??

Grew up snorkeling the reef in Key West, after 35+ years have relocated to Ambergris Caye, Belize. SPearfishing, fishing and snorkeling are the order of life here...
