Unfortunately cabo is not fond of spearos, I went there last year and had no luck gettting a boat to go out on, and I have heard the same from others. I made a few beach dives at Santa maria bay, but other then that you have to east to go spearing. If you call mako spearguns, they are very nice and full of info, they might be able to point you into a direction of a panga you can rent in the area. Hope that helps.
looks lik there will definitely be waves all week....how good theyll be is the question ill be heading to long beach or lido after work evryday. ill put out the word about the guns. im in the market for a 100 midhandle with some power if u know of a nice one for sale or maybe i could price a custom from you. sucks about the boat we didnt go for weather reasons. was planning a trip to mudhole or glory hole to shoot mahi this week but sounds like its not in the cards. doing an overnighter sept 11-12 out of jersey, hoping to get a day trip in before then....
Headed out to Montauk tomorrow. Hopefully there will be some surf. I got shut down trying to get offshore with my brother on sat. One engine was sputtering... turned us around. Did you go out?
