The sten is 20" long. I really just used it a couple times down in the keys on hogfish. I like it because it has pole spear range, but its little like an underwater hand gun. It also has the air pump used for recharging the cylinder, but I've never pumped it up and it hasn't lost any power. It also has a holster you can strap on you thigh, but the straps are gone.
