Good stuff, thanks for making it free and public! I like that you also make the distinction between a BO from pressure change and from prolonged breathhold... Seems like a lot of divers and courses don't really get that.

Mahalo Terry!:toast::thumps::notworthy

Good update to a Classic!

How else can we get courses and divers to adopt CPR replacement of "tap and blow"?

Unnecessary CPR will cause No harm. Delaying CPR, as you stress, can cause great harm!

Dr Ed, Check out this blackout recovery video, The blow-tap guy is wasting his time, as is the first guy who uses inadequate rescue breathing. Not until the third rescuer, who knows proper rescue breathing, intervenes does the situation resolve.

a classic among the spearfishing litteratur++
congrat's for the recent edition

I've been using for years while spearfishing:
-to not keeping the snorkel in my mouth
-to gradually exhale at the time I'm getting back to the surface and to briefly keep on exhaling back to the surface... then inhale

Terry, your experienced feedback about the snorkel discusses?
Thank,s
