Re: Thinking about a small pneumatic gun

the omer 5 prong has two large holes in it that you can put your ring and middle fingers into. Gives a good place to pull from.

Re: Thinking about a small pneumatic gun

I have a sporasub 55 that I always have in my ab float. Small compact gun with a 5 prong that seems to kill anything up here at point blank range. I rinse it well in fresh water after every dive,...

Re: World record abalone pearl.

Matt, where in the abs are you finding them and do they seem more prolific in certain areas? I usually dive from Elk to Westport and I never find them. My abs are typically in the 8.5 to 9.5 range. I...

Re: Sitka Report

It's been a while since I've been up there but I think the ab size was around 2 3/4" and a 20 limit. I could be a little off but that's in the ballpark. I'll see if I can dig up some pics.

Re: Humminbird 160 or 215 portable battery

A standard AA is 1.5 volts so 8 of them would equal 12 volts. I believe all rechargable AA's are 1.2 volts so you need 10 of them to get your 12 volts.

Re: New Zebra Gun!!! Just another build

You should look into the handle frames from neptonics. Cheaper than the Alex handles and you can have a zebrawood handle.
