Re: Middlegrounds 7/17/21

Yeah those "Double Taps" as Dan MacMahon calls them are super important on those larger fish especially if the shot placement was not optimal and the fish had run a ways. That second shot really puts...

Re: SEA HORNET Clone from CHINA!!

Yes, it does seem a bit strange that a company would put all that money into the tooling and molds to make the speargun components and then just abandon the production. The trigger spring is a...

Re: Nice Hogfish

I used the Tin Man design as a template for my version. Of course I called him and asked for permission to use his design and he agreed to allow me to use it. Tim Man’s original design had a half...

Re: Trip Videos

Or just shoulder your gun after each shot😁. Thatís how I handle the issue. However, in spite of the fact that I have not floated my gun in at least 5 years, on my last trip I was digging a fish out...

Re: Anybody been out lately out of JP or Clwr?

We ended up canceling our Saturday run for AJ’s. We were going 75 miles NW of Clearwater and that cold front pushed far enough south to cause a 15 knot NE wind up there. A friend went but he said it...

Re: Picatinny Rail Flash Light Quick Disconnect for Speargun

If you are installing the light on the bracket only when needed then that certainly minimizes the snag issue but will not eliminate the problem. Up close under the ledge/wreck don’t usually require...

Re: Picatinny Rail Flash Light Quick Disconnect for Speargun
