This buck showed up on the cam.Nice and fat!Got till mid January to put him in the freezer.
Snowed last night and temps just reached above freezing.

I guess I should not have been so picky on those does.Ended up with none!My youngest got 8 deer and a bear.
Should have a AGM Rattler thermal in a few days from Palmetto State.Going to start looking for a lease in south or mid Georgia so we can hunt hogs and Coyotes year round.Youngest son is getting a can for multiple calibers.Im hoping the physical therapy starts working better for the neck and back.
Should be putting in for Montana tags this spring.

Sounds like your son will have plenty of venison to share with you. 8 deer is a lot of butchering.

Him and his wife brought backstrap they cooked over for supper.Him and his older brother were doing a lot of the butchering.He got lazy and paid a processor to do some into sausage.
