Re: Wong Ono FS
If the gun has "Anderson" on it, I know the guy and the gun and both have huge Karma. Andy is fishy as Hell and he off'd it when kid #3 showed up.
Onos are built with wood enclosed tracks and Alexander muzzles that are also enclosed. Saying that because it has a first generation handle it hasn't sold is complete bullshit. Go to Mako and get a TinMan handle with three holes and Houge grip, done. This gun is a deal. Good luck. |

It appears that the gun has NO HANDLE on it. I was saying if a good handle was installed on it (like the TM one), it would have already sold, as most Wongs do. I went back and looked again at the posts and I can't see what prompted your comment about first generation handles or your referring to someone comment being "complete bullshit".

Re: Wong Ono FS
Its enclosed. He doesn't pour resin tracks -- routed straight into the teak.

Re: Wong Ono FS
Congrats!
Can't say enough great things about this gun. In Hawaii, this is my go to gun when venturing out away from shoreline. In my opinion, the 63" I prefer of the 65". But it's mostly because of shaft preference and maneuverability. Side by side, they perform insane! Also, I've run in to a few complications with poured or composite enclosed tracks, the teak track routed is super sturdy, never an issue with wear and tear and what not! |
