Sunday's Ponce report
Went out Sunday on Peter's boat a awsome 28' cat newly docked at a marina in Ponce. What a great day on the water, calm seas, 30-40 foot vis, good temp, and a nice catch. The fish of the day was shot by Peter, nice job. I shot a jack at about 30 feet on my way up and immediately the barracuda were all over it. Fun show for Kyle my stepson to be, new diver, and spearfisherman in training.

You're lucky the barracuda took the motor off that AJ before he drug your a$$ all over the ocean

My buddies dove Sat. and said the vis was 3 ft. or less where they were.... what area where you in

Sorry guys Me and Kyle have been in west palm diving the last few days (Spring Break) and away from a computer. We dove the Antillies Star and Maxine D the water was green but clear, very strange.
The second I shot him the cudas were all over it, so ya it did drag me all over running from the cudas till one got it. It was a really good show anyway. |
