They tasted pretty good to us. One of them had some worms in the tail section but the rest was ok

Those drums resemble a southern california nearshore fish (Corbina). Just about ten times bigger than the biggest corbina you'll generally find!
Nice fish! I'm guessing they tasted very good, I haven't tried a drum that I didn't like, both in terms of texture and flavor.

Hey Guys,
The water was a little rougher than it looks that day and yes they fight pretty good. I shot that guy with a Omer 75 with a reel due to the limited vis and he wrapped me up pretty good . |
