Powerhead accident in the Tortugas yesterday?

I'm interested to know if it was a self inflicted on boat accident. Again.

Coast Guard reported a similar accident (assumed powerhead) 75 miles off Clearwater yesterday...not sure if that's what you are referencing? but here is the initial.

Thought red tide was out in the MG. Also, that the boat was doing Dry Tortugas trips now that lobster is open. Be curious to see if they put up a trip report.
