Replacing Handle ?
I can't find the thread but when we replace handles on the guns and take the screws out, what should I put on the screws before putting them back in the gun to make sure there is a good seal so damage cannot occur?

Re: Replacing Handle ?
You can put epoxy glue on the thread and just screw it in. This gives a permanent and nice seal. To pull the screws off again, just use a solder iron on the tip of the screw and the heat will soften the epoxy and allow you to unscrew it while still keeping the seal. Don't over do the heating, epoxy has a very low melting point and the SS screw will heat up very quickly. Try the idea on a scrap piece of wood first and then you will have a good guide to how much heat you need.

Re: Replacing Handle ?
If the Handle is a Plastic, or even if it's metal and you don't want to go the Epoxy route, Marine Grease is Good. Tung Oil is good.
