Mine are:

Re: Goals for next season
My goal is to allow my boat, that I worked on for the last 6 years and finally finished, to provide an initial season of reliable and productive worry free fishing trips.

Re: Goals for next season
This will only be my second season, so:
1) Hit 40ft consistently and comfortably. I think this will first happen in the clear waters of Maine, as the last time I dove for real depth it was in around 1ft of viz and 20ft was pretty ridiculously dark. 2) Hit BI and the Isles of Shoals 3) Shoot a big striper 4) Have my midhandle build ready for some potentially excellent early spring striper spots. 5) Find NH guys to dive with. 6) Compete in my first spearing competition. |

Re: Goals for next season
just to clarify .... you think you be able to take a 65 lb bass and a 15lb tog and if at all possible a 3lb lobster. The three pound lobster is your long shot??!!! I will put you on to dozens of 5 lb plus lobsters, just put me on the 50lb bass and 13lb tog your passing up. Matter of fact, i'll put you on a stack of mammoth bugs this summer, you just bring enough beer for me to keep a heavy buzz on. I'll drive and you dive.

Re: Goals for next season
the big tog is harder than the bass, with 2 over 15 i can say they were not shot while looking for big fish. i have how ever found a lot more like those 2 but just 2 over 15 lots of 10 to 13's but they are all hens so they get passed up since they are all where they are to spawn.
that said i want to shoot sea bass and have a couple nice new spots to get it done shallow. |

Re: Goals for next season
1. Have a great time with my friends.
2. Fill the freezer with fish. 3. Have a safe, incident free dive season for all my friends and fellow divers. 4. Be forced to give another huge chunk of cash to my taxidermist! 5. Win first place in a tournament. |

Re: Goals for next season
1. Steal Anson's hat.
2. Shoot a 15 pound tog in front of Kevin 3. Take second place in at least 3 tournaments 4. Eat 50 eggs in one hour 5. take video of at least 5 divers throwing up offshore 6. Shoot a 6 pound sea bass 7. Break the tog record! NJ should not have that thing, I'm bringing it home! |
