That's right. Went of Johns Pass after Turkey Day for a short day. I ran my friends boat. A little choppy but not bad. Overcast with rain clouds offshore. Depth: 30' Vis: diver couldn't see the end of his spear gun . I think he has a Rhino 54". Muzzle flashlight didn't help. Very, very short dive. Next spot had a boat fishing on it. Only saw 2 other rec boats while out. Went out to a spot in 41'. Was told that bottom vis was about 2' in front of his spear gun. Another short dive . Rain moving in fast from offshore. Decided to head in due to the rain and no vis. Got boat loaded on trailer just in time as the rain hit around 12:34. Rain was predicted to hit sometime around noon to 1 pm.. At least we didn't fight the mobs of people for Black Friday sales. For me, no dive gear to clean and going store to store for the BF sales. So, a great day . Can't say that for the other 2 guys.
