Sierra club closes point la joll.
Coastal commission voted to close boomer access, and point la jolla 6 months of the year. Main supporters were Sierra club, surf rider, and coast keeper.

I do not understand why surf rider would promote closing a legendary break. I was under the impression folks joined surf rider to promote and protect surfing. I am sure one of you is a surf rider member. Please help me understand

Where is the release and wording on the area closed? Time of closures? When will this be adopted?
