Ok,
I tried them also and they are very much worth scooping! Buttered them up and used McKormick Montreal Steak seasoning for spice. Awsome! "You gotta try it."

Here are some photos of my friend Wendy T's dinner. She brought some home and fried them up ans she did post they were salty but i like salty stuff. I'm gonna try it next time. She said it taste like shrimp tails ends and another person said it tasted like soft she'll blue crab.

I asked my friend and she said that they ate the entire crab like a soft shell blue crab.

Just had some super good live sushi style. Like sweet shrimp. Just watch the pinchers littler buggers can draw blood. Going to try and fry some tonight.
